An iceberg might be an unusual choice for a law firm's logo, at least for a firm not practicing arctic land-use law. So why the iceberg?
It's based on an old poem, Thomas Hardy's "The Convergence of the Twain." That poem, inspired by the loss of the Titanic in 1912, includes this:
And as the smart ship grew
In stature, grace, and hue,
In shadowy silent distance grew the Iceberg too.
You get the connection: the "smart ship" is the insurance company, plan administrator, or other entity mistreating an innocent claimant; the Iceberg is, well, us! And we all know what that iceberg did to that insur-, uh, ship.
So if your claim is unjustly denied or limited, reach out to us and get an iceberg on your side!
